Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across the Netherlands and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within the Netherlands are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. International orders generally take 3–10 business days depending on the destination.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Absolutely! You're welcome to pick up your order at our store in Amsterdam. Select local pickup at checkout and we'll have it ready for you.

Products & Authenticity
Are your products authentic?
100%. Every product we sell is sourced through official distribution channels. We do not carry counterfeit or grey-market product — ever. This is something we take seriously as a dedicated TCG retailer.
Do you sell singles?
Yes! We carry individual singles across Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, and more. Browse our Singles collection or contact us if you're looking for something specific.
Do you sell graded cards?
Yes, we stock PSA, BGS, and CGC graded cards. Graded cards are ideal for collectors who want certified, slabbed pieces with a verified condition score. Check our store or reach out if you're looking for a specific grade or card.
What TCG brands do you carry?
We currently carry Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, and Panini. We're always expanding our range — follow us or sign up to our newsletter to stay updated.
Returns & Issues
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on sealed, unopened products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Singles and graded cards are final sale unless there is an error with your order.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at info@boostertosleeve.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damage. We'll make it right.
I received the wrong item. What now?
That's on us — reach out to info@boostertosleeve.com and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
