1. General These Terms of Service govern your use of the Boostertosleeve online store (boostertosleeve.com) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Boostertosleeve is based in the Netherlands and operates under Dutch and EU law.
2. Products We sell official sealed trading card products, second-hand trading cards, and collectibles. Product descriptions, conditions, and editions are listed as accurately as possible. For second-hand and collectible items, condition is described in the product listing — please read carefully before purchasing.
3. Prices and Payment All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment must be completed at the time of order.
4. Orders and Availability Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of stock errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order cannot be fulfilled.
5. Shipping Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Boostertosleeve is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs.
6. Returns and Refunds Returns are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please note that opened sealed trading card products cannot be returned.
7. Intellectual Property All trading card products sold are official licensed products. Boostertosleeve does not claim ownership of any brand, artwork, or intellectual property associated with the products we sell.
8. Limitation of Liability Boostertosleeve is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or store, to the extent permitted by Dutch and EU law.
9. Disputes These terms are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve it amicably. EU consumers also have access to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
