Right of Withdrawal Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@boostertosleeve.com before the 14-day period expires.
Exceptions Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons — this includes sealed booster packs, booster boxes, and other sealed trading card products once opened, as the contents would be revealed.
Second-Hand and Collectible Items Returns on second-hand trading cards and collectibles are accepted only if the item was significantly misrepresented in the listing (e.g., condition, edition, or authenticity). Please inspect item descriptions carefully before purchasing.
How to Return
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@boostertosleeve.com — please include your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
