Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over €250
- Orders under €250 are charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight
Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide from our location in the Netherlands. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- European Union: 2–5 business days
- Rest of the world: 5–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Outside the EU) Boostertosleeve ships from the Netherlands. For orders delivered outside the European Union, your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure about applicable fees.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@boostertosleeve.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
